Its basically confirmed that many Haki users are still using invisible Haki same as PreTS, unless Oda specifically tells us a specific confirmed Haki user didn't use Haki on purpose while fighting only then we can be sure that they weren't using Haki. If not, every Haki user is using invisible Haki until its stated otherwise.
