CoC is not a gag powerup, there needs to be serious ambition and willpower behind it. Do you honestly see Usopp dishing out those AdCoC infused attacks against Van Auger?
There are a lot of kings in One Piece without CoC: soul king, corrupt king, salvage king etc.

advcoc is another pu i don't think he'll ever have that, but only the fodder control version of it.
