I'm not following. Shanks fans said CoC can be used in a fight for years right? And Mihawk fans said using haki/CoC in a fight doesn't stop you from not being weaker than the WSS, right?

Mihawk is more skilled than Shanks -> Oda only said "skilled" for a reason -> Shanks must be more powerful overall because Oda would've said "stronger" if Mihawk > Shanks were true
