The Gorosei are there.
A bunch of elite Vice Admirals are there.
Marine HQ is also literally right next to Mariejois which means MORE ADMIRALS can show up.

And afterward Dragon is like "Nani???" ( while sweating intensely ) after he finds out they lost.

My biggest disappointment of post-skip.

Maybe my biggest disappointment of One Piece as a whole.

Why, oh why, after making this big deal of Dragon finally goig to give the world his answer and declare war on the World Gov in front of every king and queen they have… does he not fucking go to Mariejois and sends his crew instead? What the actual hell was Oda thinking there? This should have been Dragon’s big hype announcement to prepare for EoS, instead he just looks like an incompetent fool and bloody Sabo gets all the screentime.

I still think Oda will turn it around, but Dragon went from being my most hyped character of the series to me having to hope- i should not need to hope after how long we’ve been waiting for Dragon, I should have a guarantee- that Oda will actually give him some good stuff and not just make Sabo the main RA representative.
