General & Others Is Jinbe another Franky?

Would like to add that Jinbe's age doesn't mean that he's already at his peak and won't develop new abilities...
AFAIK, Oda doesn't want those age range being underestimated... And that the likes of Akainu are even older (I don't think what we saw in MF was his peak)... Hell, even Brook is still developing at 90...
And oh, I think Jinbe's Haki still have more potentials, aside from his rage mode which is probably yet to be fully developed since he most likely doesn't use it often...

Jinbei = 46 years old now. Meaning he's essentially at his peak or near it.
There are few old characters in One Piece, that are getting stronger despite their high age, but there are few factors involving them:
Capone Bege, Urouge, Fujitora.
Capone & Urouge really started their journies on the seas about 3 years ago. In addition to that, they have Devil Fruits, which allows them to grow even if they were to decline physically. Compared to them Jinbei has been on the seas for years and has been wanting to protect Fishman Island, which is why he's been jumping into Yonko crews + being a Warlord. So you can bet your ass, he's been training his ass off for the last decade+ .
With Fujitora he was already a world renowned monster, but at the age of 50+ attained a Devil Fruit, that adds on to his power, that allows him to get stronger than he was before, despite declining physically.
Jinbei neither has a Devil Fruit and neither has he just started his journey or training to peak out.

I can see he is very suited out for taking down an elite yonko commander, but I still fail to see him capable of matching an YC1 level guy evenly on land, let alone beating Current Luffy.
I'm not sure how stronger he can turn out near water, for sure the biggest difference is achievable inside the water.
