She deflected the attacks before. She didn't with Usopp's because she couldn't/was taken by surprise.

The arrows was the problem for everyone except Usopp. That’s her ability, which is what Jinbe said he was trying to figure out how to get around.

He’s not talking about the regen.

Imho, he is talking about regen quite clearly.

The arrows are simply a DF Power like any other. The Regen was what stopped them from winning and anyway, It's what would stop them even if they deal with the arrows.

Dealing with the arrows, that anyway are a normal DF Power, would still doom them to lose.

If he was talking about the immortality, he wouldn’t have used ability. Odas never called it an ability, it’s always just been they’re immortal. The only thing oda ever uses the term ability for is devil fruit ability.

That was the first that came to mind.

If Oda made Zoro call Lunarian regen/immortality as "ability", I don't see why he would not with the HK's regen.

this is stupid. usopp would have won the fight for them if not for regeneration. the actual problem is the regen, not the arrows. thats why saul is talking about the immortality as well.

Which one stopped Jinbe, immortality or arrows? What are they currently trapped by, immortality or arrows?

The arrow ability is what Jinbes talking about because as far as he’s aware (just like Saul) them being immortal isn’t an ability.

ill be real its kind of sad if Jinbe is sitting there spending all his mental ability on trying to figure out how to land a hit like Usopp could. Once you can land a hit the problem is the regeneration and poor Jinbe isn't even there yet
