Nah, The majority of the worstgeneration won´t be surpassing anyone, they´re just the most chaotic. Oda wasn´t even comfortable having Kidd or Law win 1v1´s against Big Mom for a reason.

They can double or even tripple in strength, and they´re not suddenly going to have haki that scales above 5 ACOC users, and even if they did, Oda is only really implying you can fight Imu with special DFs, so it doesn´t even matter.

Imu is bound to the Gorosei via the seal. We saw with Harald that once the seal was damaged, he could be killed. It is probably the exact same for the Gorosei.

Also the legends were able to damage Imu-Saturn. If you re-read, Imu didn’t fully regenerate until the end of the chapter after they did their attacks.

No they didn´t, Imcel was clearly indifferent to their attacks, it was obviously different than a Rocks Vs Garling situation. Imcel clearly has special powers that gives him immunity to Haki.

Just using wano for reference, I doubt the old legends or even the mid gens will be that important in the finale. They had decades to do something and they didn’t. The story is them waiting to pass the torch to the worst generation.

It’s like Marco in Wano. He fought Big Mom and the calamities but it was the wings and the captains that ultimately beat them.
