Future Events Is Kidd taking BM down?

Ok this makes more sense.
Although I don't think the trapping/falling thing will work again now that BM has the homies. It would be bad writing to try the same strategy on BM twice imo.

Exactly how do you see Kid and Killer able to even severely damage BM.
Because their performance at the rooftop is quite trash compared to Luffy and zoro

True, that's why i lean towards Kid managing to do something impressive against Big Mom (His moment to Shine) but then he sees that she is Fine & turned into O-Lin
O-Lin after that might stop Onigashima using her own Clouds (That's why Oda is already making Big Mom use her Powers to control the weather & clouds in last Chapter, so that when she turns into O-Lin, she will just have to be convinced by someone to order them & stop the Island)

Yes. Its the only way for Kidd to be considered as a rival for Luffy,considering the fact that Luffy will beat Kaido. If Oda doesnt want us to see Kidd as a Law 2.0 (so someone we already theorize will sacrifice for Luffy in the final battle) but as a real contender for Luffy in the search for the One Piece,he must make him defeat Big Mom
I think Oda will keep Kid around as Luffys Rival for some time. Luffy will take down Kaido (which is considered a bit stronger) and Kid will take down Mom. Both will take the Positions of the Yonko, maybe even take over some of their crew, at least as alliances.
So i hardly assume Kid to beat Big mum. If he kills her, just puts her down, give her to the marines, or beats her into Olin, doesnt matter for me in that case. But Big Mum will be taken out and freed from her Yonko-Position. Like Kaido will too.
I still think its funny how he is literaly called "Kid", while she is Big "Mom". Stupid and easy connection. Also its time to reveal when he was in WCI, what exactly he stole, which he hurt etc..

He won't. It took over 20 chapters for Kaido to affaibilr for Luffy to be able to 1 vs 1. Big Mom is on the same level as Kaido.
It even looks like it's a lot harder to hurt her than Kaido.

In chapter 696 Luffy said to Law "I'm going to beat all the emperors" But he had one finger that was down
