Powers & Abilities Is Law and the Ope Ope no Mi fair game in the WSS competition?

#21
Answer my question. Law can just steal Zoro's swords and throw them into the sea. He can do so with Mihawk too basically. We won't due to PIS, but he can.
we are discussing fights here in manga not ur headcanons and imaginations << just because i think it will be >> this logic doesn't apply here we follow what oda gave us and we powerscale the fanfiction ppl bring each time get destroyed the next time and they say it's a bad writting

Not in his official text box randomly enough it only mention his DF. Any Clue why??
:queenhear:

Only if his haki is superior to Zoro’s, which we have 0 reason to believe
First of all, Haki acts like a shield against incoming attacks. It doesn't make you immune to the effect of DFs. Law has full control over everything inside his room. Haki won't protect Zoro's swords from simply being teleported out of his hands. This is not how Haki works (the burden of proof is on you).

Secondly, Law cut through Vergo's super hard Haki (hyped by Doffy, Caesar and the Vivre Card) without using Haki himself.

Dude. It's a canon ability of Law. He can teleport whatever he wants within his room. He teleported the Den Den Mushis out of the Marines pockets, he teleported his heart out of Vergo's hand.

Haki ain't no protection against shambles, that's bullshit.

You just need stronger haki to counter his ability, something the WSS should have over another swordsman :kayneshrug:
We yet don't know the extent of Law's hax. For example we don't know how many people in the world can resist to Sugar's hax and how the fact she is stats wise a fodder exactly affects that. If she was a top tier with top haki no one should afford resisting her, no reason to. So haki could eventually be the answer, but to which extent? And it's of course just speculation.

So many mysteries indeed.

It's not true. Vergo's Haki, in the vivre card, is called "chou koka" (super hard) and both Doffy and Caesar pointed out how strong Vergo's Haki is. And? Law cut through his Haki without using Haki at all. What would happen if Law coated his sword with koka as well, to boost his cutting further?

Plus, Haki for protection against an attack is one thing. But thinking Haki will neutralize shambles is nonsensical.

Dude. It's called plot induced stupidity. How many examples do we have concerning this? Vergo's Haki >> Smoker's, yet he can't take Smoker's weapon with shambles due to some bullshit reason other than plot? :yasu:

But that's not the point of the topic anyways.

oda commentaire said that law is a swordman are u mad ?? :suresure::suresure:
I asked u something specific, U keep claiming he’s the same as Fuji. Post there text box side by side. There’s a noticeable difference

Exactly. If it was as easy as some people claim why didn't Law just remove Doffy heart from his body when he fought him?
What? That’s not even remotely the same lol

That's a whole different abilty bro
Still part of his devil fruit power. Using one part of your devil for power is no different than using another part.

He is. Doffy said Law was not only taught in swordsmanship by Diamante, but also by Lao G in martial Arts and in weaponry by Gladius.
And yet in the present day all he uses is a sword. Sanji was also trained in swordsmanship as a boy. That’s completely irrelevant in the present day, because all he uses are kicks. Law may have been trained in other things as a child, but in the present day all he uses is a sword.
Like literally, his abilities have zero to do with swordsmanship.
Basic slicing attack, only shown to be done with a sword.
Radio Knife, shown to be done with a sword
Injection Shot, shown to be done with a sword
Sterbern, shown to be done with a sword
Scan, needs to be done with a sword

Any time he’s gotten into a fight with a half decent opponent, he’s needed to use his sword to fight them hand to hand.

What’s he going to doing here without a sword

or here

or here

or here?

Of course he uses a sword, because a sword is a better weapon of choice than a knife,
Yeah, and that’s what matters. Oda could have made Law fight with a scalpel if he wanted. It would have fit his Surgeon motif. Instead he makes him one of the only characters in the series to carry a cursed sword, one of the only characters to actually talk about the spirit of swordsmanship and hasn’t shown any capability of fighting without one. We can’t just pretend that Law is perfectly capable of fighting at the exact same level without a sword, without ever showing it. That’s not how this works. What is actually shown on page is what matters, not irrelevant speculation like “yeah, but he could do it with a knife.”
Do you realize that Law could just teleport Zoro's swords out of his hands and throw them into the sea?
Yeah, sure he could. I’m sure he’ll just throw BM and Kaido‘s weapons into the sea as well. Hell, he might as well just throw them both in right after, finish the arc there and then.

There is absolutely no reason to think that Law could disarm Zoro in that manner. Who has he ever done that against to make us think that’s possible? He couldn’t do it against Hawkins in his two fights with him.
