No problem, doesn't change that it can be a legimate term used for anybody extremely proficient and well rounded in all 3 kinds of haki.

Do you believe Luffy is more legitimate to be called that than Shanks since he is extremely skilled in all 3 kinds of haki?

Yes, he is becoming a hakiman/haki god, but that was to be expected. As Luffy is someone who has only trained his physical strength once in his life, and that was only recently in Udon prison.

The man is a natural beast on a smaller scale than Oden and Big Mom. This is why he does not train his physical strength, even with a useless weak devil fruit.
