In my opinion both CoO and CoA have 2 advanced forms, one when used with flow and the other when not. For CoO it's advanced version without flow mastery is "future sight" and with flow mastery is the "BOAT/VOAT", for CoA it's advanced form without flow is what Katakuri, Cracker and Jozu(according to vivre card databooks) use which is just a really, really harder and stronger armor and the advanced version of CoA with flow mastery is "internal destruction"

Deleted my post somehow!As for the yonko:i think they have flow/barrier haki coa and they imbue their conqueros haki in their attacks!Kaido was wondering how Luffy hurt him with red rock,so did Big Mom,so no,Kaido does not know about internal destruction!About luffy's flashback:it was to explain that internal destruction was still to shallow for Kaido(gamma knife,injection shot and counter shot did nothing to the yonko),the chapter title is named Conquerors haki!Luffy's realization was that him could imbue his attacks with COC to amplifie the damage!Luffy and Kaido confirmed this!Big mom one shot page one with 1 punch imbued with COC,it could be that advanced coc has internal destruction by default!We will see,this stuff needs to be explained better!
Note:that is just how i see this,maybe coc is needed to do internal destruction like the guy above your post suggested(it actually makes a lot of sense,but i understood differently)!

What I am saying is before luffy used adv coc in chapter 1010 he is reminded of internal destruction from hyogoro and then proceeds to use it most likely on kaido....
This means what luffy used at the end of chapter 1010 is combo of internal coa and adv COC
BM and kaido used exact similar thing in chapter 1011....so for most part they do have internal destruction

I understood Luffy vs Kaido like this:Luffy was using internal destruction the entire fight,but it was not enough so he started combining it with COC!As for BM and KAIDO,they are using advanced COC for certain and maybe they are using flow/barrier haki with it!If Kaido knew about internal destruction he would have figured out what Luffy did with Red Rock!Also,if Luffy and Kaido were both using internal destruction+advanced coc,Luffy would be on the losing end of the exchange because Kaido is much stronger physically!Internal destruction+COC is what is giving luffy the chance to fight on par with Kaido!Again,advanced CoC could have the properties of flow/barrier and internal destruction,we don't know exactly what it does(aside from boosting damage)!
When kaido was hit by luffy's red rock he was reminded of characters he can fight on par and those he respect............that has nothing to do with not knowing internal destruction........
Luffy is definitely using internal destruction + adv coc as he was having a FB right before he hit kaido and for the last time what luffy did looks very similar to what BM and kaido did in chapter 1011 hence they mostly have internal destruction too........if you think otherwise its fine lets agree to disagree then

CoC has nothing to do with Ryou. Just like how applications of CoC doesn't exist. Luffy was using Advanced level of CoC against Kaido hence no contact.
