could be i guess. it just seems overall larger geographically. either way even if its a lot less theres still a thousand plus conquerors and we've seen like 20. so i dont mind it. it still feels like a rare ability to me.

We don't know how big the OP world are.

It could be way bigger than our world population.

Even if the statement is "One in millions", that's still at least 100+ characters with CoC potential.

Alabasta had 1mil rebels, population is prolly 3mil
So for Alabasta only we get 3 CoC users if we're being precise lol

Naah i highly doubt it, otherwise we would see much more soldiers in the marine. In mf there werr 100k soldiers iirc but in réal world there are dozens millions soldiers at least.


Also most op countries are single islands, with small population. For exemple you cant compare Japan to wano kuni. Wano is too small with very few cities we know about
