We're all speculating, yes its possible that Kaido knows Orochi's current abilities however it could also be a case like Brook when he learned more about his fruit after dying.

Heck Orochi probably doesn't know he has the ability because he never got killed before and again just like Brook.

Orochi is yet to show the "mythical" aspect of his fruit, I read about Yamata no orochi in the past I don't remember it having any special abilities other than having multiple heads and being strong.

Orochi might became tools for CP0 (which is i think they're still in mainland of wano) to take an action about what happen to Orochi.
And he might play dead until Kaido, Big Mom and the calamities leave onigashima.

Orochi is still alive and healthy. The one that Kaido beheaded is a Kanjuro drawing.

No, he didn't know, nor did Kanjuro. He just anticipated it because the prophecy of his falling is coming near. Seeing how much of a scaredy cat he is, yet also scheming and cautious one, it's not too farfetched to think of this possibility.

His scenario in mind: prepared double body just in case Scrubbards or their alliance will harm him.
