I personally think it is healthy. Tho i tend to eat simple ones - Neapolitan style one. Not a fan of peperoni or bunch of other toppings

At most ill put some shrooms or hot peppers.

Depends on the topping. I'd consider Pizza with fatty cheese or ham unhealthy, but if you have veggies and less fatty cheese on it, why should it be unhealthy?
