Did I say for sure that Luffy won't fight Shanks? No, read it again this time carefully. I just stated for sure that neither Zoro nor Sanji will fight Ben Beckman because there will be no fight between the crew.

Or do you think Zoro who weakened from taking double the damage dealt by Kaido, Big Mom and King will still beat Ben Beckman or Mihawk. He will spend the entire Elbaf at rest.

? In what scenario would Luffy and Shanks fight but not the rest of his crew?

- They will meet and fight RHP at Elbaf (with no basis other than his ship sorta looks like a viking ship and people have some weird assumption that Shanks looks "like" Erik the Red)
- That Zoro will be out of commission for some reason post-Wano

Nah, even many Zoro fans believe that Zoro will fight Mihawk at Elbaf when the Strawhats confront the Red Hair Pirates.

And outside the Zoro fan base it's incredibly popular.

I think Zoro fighting a swordsman like Shiryu after Mihawk is dumb, but many people disagree.

1. Sanji vs King was based on Sanji and King being flyers lol. There was no logic in that fight. Sanji vs Beckman is based in Mihawk being around or near Shanks if the crew faces them. That's it.

2. How would we know Roger/Rocks are above Shanks? They are dead. They are all dead except Shanks. He's a newer age pirate with an unknown upper limit, who IS hyped by Kaido.

We are soon realizing that titles mean nothing in this series. Stop assuming that Shanks intended to become the WSM or WSS and couldn't. Stop assuming WSC for Kaido means anything when Big Mom is his equal and both are Yonko.

It's tiring to explain this to people when Kaido is going down THIS arc and there are bigger threats coming.

Ok I guess everyone after Wano is inferior or weaker to Kaido or Whitebeard. No chance Shonen progression will play a part in destroying titles.

Blackbeard will be weaker. So will Akainu. Luffy will have a MUCH easier time fighting them I guess. No chance rules and titles aren't made to be broken, or thst people aren't aiming for them.

Oda has portrayed whitebeard/Roger as the strongest throughout the manga. Shanks doesn't have that the best there is with Shanks clashing with an old Whitebeard on meds

You don't know the upper limit of Shanks. You are assuming Akainu/BB are the strongest by assumption, but then contradict yourself with Shanks because you very clearly have a bias against the character being anything remotely endgame.
