The reason they're said to be the worst is mainly bcoz of Kaido and BM themselves.. no amount of strong Yonko crew can match that kind of power. And then you add 2×YCs plus a huge combined army... Even if RH pirates are significantly stronger than anyone else, they can't match this. You'll need full naval force to counter them.
Yes, Shanks crew is worth 2 Yonkou crews. He can also beat 2 admirals single-handedly. (No pun intended)

- RHP is the only crew with 2 Top tier
- RHP Roo and Yassop might be both YC1 after 957 hype
- RHP YCs in general is stronger than all other Yonko crew
- RHP member can all have advance Haki unllike other Yonko crew
in my mind RHP = C3
so sure RHP is clearly the strongest pirate crew atm
but twice as strong a Yonko crew????
like RHP can solo Beast Pirates and Big Mom Pirates?

since Shanks' own bounty is lower than other Yonkos the same way the average difference will also be lower and also Shanks number RedHaired pirates seems to be much lower than other Yonko....so yes since there is BM who is 3.5 times Kata, then even if Shanks has 2x bounty of Benn, he would still be the most balanced average among Yonkos
So from what I get some people understand the high average bounty QUOTE as Beckman, Yasopp & Lucky Roo having bigger bounties than YC bounty average.

Why because of Shanks' bounty?
Shanks is Yonko for 6 years.
Kaido and Big mom are Yonko for over 15 years.
Shanks' bounty is still close to them despite Shanks being a very new Yonko in comparison with Kaido and Big mom.
They never said his crew is stronger than the current Yonko crews.

Not his crew but Shanks is twice as strong than Yonko cuz there are actually two Shanks that exist at the same time. That's why he was fighting Kaido and at Marineford within one day. That's also explain why he can travel so fast, from a random island to gorosei room.
The reveal will be shocking cuz today it's only just an urban legend among people, just like the "Shanks is a poneglyph" theory.
