Questions & Mysteries Is the Blackbeard Crew too weak for EOS opponent?

With Aokiji's addition, BB got a very powerful crewmember, but the rest of his crew seems underwhelming. Aokiji is clearly the #2, but that means Oda saying Shiriew just doesn't cut it as a proper #2.

Is it current BB's crew stronger than WB, Kaido or BM's crews? I would say yes. But is this enough, considering who his father was? And is it enough considering where Straw Hats are heading?

Yes, why not? And given the fact that they´re being built up to defeat the red hair pirates, they should be the strongest Yonko crew.

Rocks and his crew are irrelevant, since the crew basically didn´t even function. We can´t have a final battle where half the crew dips or leaves their captain. The rocks pirates would also beat the strawhats by the end of the manga anyway. The standard for crews is still the Roger pirates, and the Blackbeard pirates do an okay job stacking up

Roger:Teach
Captain, Will of D, etc. Teach just went on a different path in DF merchant maxing instead of being a sword or Hakiman, but it doesn´t matter, Teach will surpass him, and most likely Rocks as well, and become the strongest of the will of D pirates since Davy jones. Additionally, both were seen trying to recruit a wife for them on the crew

Shiryu: Rayleigh
His meeting with Teach is similar to Rogers meeting with Rayleigh and Luffy´s meeting with Zoro. Both swordsman and sword focused characters, but Shiryu obviously has a fruit as well, maybe he can awaken instead of COC, or maybe he has both. I doubt he will ever be stronger then Prime Rayleigh though, but he will potentially beat Beckman, who has hype on the level of Shanks(though imo, I don´t think that is serious or really canon)

laffitte: Gaban Before Shiryu and Kuzan,he was the most important member of the crew, infiltrating Mariejois for them. He has no feats, but seems to have something like a wings dynamic, and like Gaban is the navigator of the crew. Only issue is that he has no feats, but neither did Gaban for many years. He will probably be weaker then Gaban always, though.

Kuzan:Oden
Odd man out and late joiners of the crew. Kuzan is maybe straight up stronger then Oden though, so that´s something

Which is where,lol? Most of the strawhats are genuinely fodder. Outside of Luffy, who is a top tier, the strongest of the SHP can hope to have a quick clash with top tiers as seen on Egghead, but they genuinely stand no chance and have to run away. In this arc, half the crew was wrecked by Gunko, and Zoro and Sanji will end up having arc fights who are low diff´s to old Gaban even, which is hardly impressive.

I addressed this before. That spread is for first mates/RHM and/or the second strongest of the crew.

Is it about join order? Can't be that- Shiryu joined as one of the Impel Down recruits and not one of the core 5.
So what could the others logically be on the spread for? Let's use our brains for this.
Marco is the first division Commander and the most important Commander outside of Ace.
Rayleigh is the first mate of the Roger Pirates (as well as the second strongest but that's beside the point)
Sabo is the supreme commander (or whatever the term is) of the Revs and Dragon's RHM.
Killer is Kidd's First Mate and RHM.
King I can't remember, but he was the first to ever meet Kaido and arguably has the deepest bond with him as they escaped captivity together and Kaido directly tells him he'll be his RHM.
Beckman is the first mate of the RHP.
So, then, why would Zoro be amongst all of those characters? Is it because he's also the first mate or RHM of Luffy?
After all Lucci tells Zoro that if he KOed/killed Zoro, it'd be a very honorable feat since he's the "Number 2 of an Emperor of the sea!!". And Urouge says that Zoro is the first mate of the crew.
Zoro is also the one that is most commonly mistaken as the captain or shown as a representative of the crew's strength, tenacity and craziness, as shown when he took on Kuma and tried to kill Saint Charlos without hesitation. He even has consistent parallels to other RHM/first mates like Rayleigh, and will usually fight them as seen against Cabaji, Daz Bones, Pica (though he was actually the third strongest and most authoritative, just below Vergo and Doffy), King and Lucci who is the leader of CP0 if I'm not mistaken.

Why exactly would he become RHM when he is clearly the most selfish of the bunch and would kill them without any hesitation. He said it when he joined.

Well something in common they have in the spread is that they are alive.
If Oden was alive I would have agreed.

Celestial Dragons Rule WG/Mary Geoise,
We then have Three Groups (Marines, Cipher-Pol, Jailers) represented by Marine HQ, Enies Lobby & Impel Down,

Blackbeard as "They" represents the Replacement for entire Celestial Dragons, He represents a Nation by himself, He takes over Mary Geoise,
His Crew? They are there to take over those Three Facilities,

Blackbeard Pirates are like a Mini-World Government,
Blackbeard = Entire Celestial Dragons Community
Kuzan = Marine HQ Fleet Admiral
Shiryu = Impel Down Warden
Laffitte + Seven Others = CP Leader + Seven CP Agents (It was CP-9 & now it's CP-0)

So, you could say that Kuzan is Blackbeard's Akainu, Shiryu is his Magellan & Rest are his CP-0.
It's No Coincidence that Kuzan is Akainu's Rival, Shiryu is Magellan's Rival, and I won't be Surprised if Rest have Rivalry with CP-0,
If Blackbeard Succeeds in taking down & replacing Celestial Dragons, then his Crew can lead WG, so They aren't Weak.
