I’m not saying BB can’t be important EOS, but the villain is Imu. It’s possible after Luffy beats BB he gets a slight redemption and helps Luffy defeat Imu like Croc did in Marineford but he won’t be Luffys final fight

What is he Imu going to do if Gunko is saved by Brook, and he doesn't have a vessel anymore ? He obviously can't get out of the castle for some reason, but we know Mariejoie is getting invaded. I'm 99% sure Imu is cooked unless Vivi gets kidnapped last minute.

He’ll find another vessel if needed. It’s clearly not a hard process for him.

I doubt it, BB will likely kill Imu after he's weakened from fighting Luffy then Luffy will fight him in Hachinosu with Koby as a mirror to God Valley.

Imu isn’t cooked. Have you ever read a story where the ancient evil from the past gets defeated before the final arc?

That's precisely what Oda likes to do, make the reader believe he got it all figured, just to change everything last minute.

Imu definitely feels like the main villain of one piece. The primordial tyrant who has been ruling the world for centuries and root cause of all evil in the word.

BB at the end is part of that system given even his origin as a villain is indirectly caused by great imu.

BB taking imu's power and replacing him while possible won't make him the main villain of OP in general as he doesn't shoulder all evils done to the world for decades.

When you look at the Strawhat pirates, which is who they will fight. They are more than strong enough, because the Strawhat crew outside of Luffy and Zoro are pretty underwhelming.
