Bounty gag? Man is about to be World's best shooter. He was already a beast as seen in Enies Lobby. And now he has Observation Haki. He will kill everybody on Mariejoia while chilling in his island with his wife.

I think he will get Kanjuro's DF if Kanjuro is dead. it fits Usopp very well he can make even a better use of it.
he can use in combination with his marksmanship skills and explosives he can defeat even a weakened Jack from a far away. it depends on what Oda wants.

I'm buying it. I think most Straw Hats will get 400 million bounty raise. For example, Robin is 130 while Black Maria 480, so it'd make sense for Robin to go 530 million like Izo.

But Sanji, Zoro will get 1 bill raise, so Usopp could do the same and go to 1.2 billion and match Yasopp next arc as the "3rd commander". My guess is as Inu is about to KO jack, they get separated by the destruction of Luffy/Kaido. Jack ends up in the main floor 99.9% dead and Usopp "one shots him".

Imagine the entire floor shitting their pants at Usopp one shotting Jack
