He’s a son of the high tech evil Judge once colleagues with Vegapunk and Queen who Sanji beat up and also Caesar who Sanji has bullied

That other thread about evil Sanji may actually have a shot. Vegapunk will no doubt want to see the extent of Judge’s work and vanquisher of Queen

It's not going to be his arc. Why will it be anyones arc. We might get some info related to Judge maybe..and possible upgrade to Sanji thats all. Don't see much different that QUeen mentioning Judge.

We won't meet Real Vegapunk until close to the end arc, so i think this is most likely Franky's arc
Sanji connectionwith Vegapunk will come to play at the end

This is gonna be more or less Franky/Chopper-Arc, not Sanji.

Sanji will get his usual role by fighting the third strongest enemy, if there is some bigger enemy group, but thats it. He will get his shining moments there, like always. But thats it.
