It appears that Enma is presumably remembering about Oden and this is why Kaido felt his presence but Zoro is the one channeling his haki inside the sword. He never made any remarkable comment suggesting it was Oden's, and besides that would probably be bad writing if Oda made Zoro's haki so dirty, the man who will one day have to become WSS and most importantly forge black blades climbing stairs thanks to someone else's haki when the manga is only a few arcs away from its closure.
