The fact is that when they lose they tend to die or, in case of the Emperor, lose everything else, so they just cease to be.

However, I would like to see Mihawk vs Aramaki, even just a clash, for Aramaki's sword, that maybe is even a BB.
I reckon that Fuji hasn't done anything on screen since DR (we know he stood up to Aramaki, but off-screen), so seeing him would be good too.
