I believe it was a mix CoC and CoA which created that huge explosive force.
Oden wasn't shocked by CoA or flow, but at their blades not colliding yet creating a strong burst.
We have seen this clash before, during Katakuri and Luffy battle when they didn't need to collide to unleash CoC, and to affect the environment and the people around.
That's high CoC level, I think it's level 2 or 3 CoC clash. The last CoC stage is probably where you can create some explosions or haki beams... Perhaps.
Usually CoC is unleashed when people collide their attacks but only 4 people have clashed their CoC and caused damage without colliding their blades/attacks /touching each other : Roger and WB, Kata and Luffy.
People downplay CoC but this is the scariest haki form where you can destroy someone or something without moving a muscle much.
