I don’t think Oda is actually a Christian or has read the Bible.

I think he has a surface level understanding of Christian lore and also might have indirectly been inspired by Christianity as a result of how Christianity has shaped western media.

He read the Bible I can confirm it, also he knew things that usual christians don't really know. For example his WG = UN and beign evil with the hidden king Satan is something that Jehowah Witnessess believes.
Also not only that, he used so much more references from the bible, starting from Adam, Eve and The Tree of Knowdledge and ending with Noah arc.
I guess Oda's fish symbol is also simmilar to evangelist mark. Anyway, I do believe that Oda learned much more then Taito Kubo who tried create reference to Bible with Juha Bach plans and his name, but it was so random and he wasn't even able explain what eternal life means, and what Juha actually desired.

This is true that christians renamed Hebrew Scripts into Old Tastement, which is simply wrong idea, but Torah means only first 5 books of the Bible starting from Genesis.
