I don’t think Oda is actually a Christian or has read the Bible.
I think he has a surface level understanding of Christian lore and also might have indirectly been inspired by Christianity as a result of how Christianity has shaped western media.

Also not only that, he used so much more references from the bible, starting from Adam, Eve and The Tree of Knowdledge and ending with Noah arc.
I guess Oda's fish symbol is also simmilar to evangelist mark. Anyway, I do believe that Oda learned much more then Taito Kubo who tried create reference to Bible with Juha Bach plans and his name, but it was so random and he wasn't even able explain what eternal life means, and what Juha actually desired.
