If Doflamingo is serious from the start then he just blitzes and one shots, people greatly underestimate the speed difference between One Piece and Naruto
Lightning is something Itachi can barely react to and actual evasion is considered impossible by the guy who watched Kaguya fight Hagoromo and Hamura

remember when every single character was up after enel used close range lightning based attacks i guess even usopp can tank sasukes attack here.... while Enels max output was 200mil volts with buffs from ark maxim meanwhile regular real life lightning is 300mil voltage on the low end, even then enels 30000 voltage charges shoudlve killed every single person bar luffy yet they didnt not even old man gan fall....so sasukes lightning based kirin attacks ae outputting more than enels strongest attack.
kinda wild though you actually think usopp and namis speeds are actually faster than lightning... you probably compiled her vs battle wiki page giving her FTL speeds & moonlevel to small planet level AP.
One Piece elements work the exact same as real life until stated otherwise. You simply believing that they don't because the implications don't match your scaling and agenda means nothing to me.

2. Haki can counter illusions which i already said. There's a DF powers based on illusions like Mont d'or book illusions.
