Killer Bee countered amaterasu by simply negating his full bijuu mode after which he cut his tentacle to fake his own capture. Later Hachibi complained about losing couple limbs ( one cut by Sasuke other by Killer Bee himself ) while damage from Amaterasu was nowhere seen or mentioned. Later we found out from Naruto that simple version 1 chakra shroud can deal with Amaterasu something Killer Bee has demonstrated before.
I can only see Raikage winning if he can tire Itachi to the point he goes blind or low on chakra, but thats assuming he will never fall prey to his genjutsu , Amaterasu or Totsuka.

Most people make that mistake but you must realise 2 tentacles were cut and manga / anime shows it. One cut tentacle which Sasuke cut was used for Killer Bee to escape while other cut tentacle ( which Killer Bee himself cut off ) was left and transformed into Killer Bee appearance, its same one Sasuke carried over to Akatsuki without checking it first thats why he says its good Sasuke never checked.
