Usopp needs to have some triumph in attack power to defeat an ancestral zoan, just as Zeus is for Nami.
Remember that Franky is building several weapons to defeat Kaido, and Usopp has spent all that time with him. I'm sure that inside the Usopp bag there is some technological seed made by ''Frasopp'', maybe even an improved and technological version of Impact Wolf.

If you can bypass durability, it´s irrelevant how much attack power or destructive power it has.
I mean admittedly, it would be somewhat anticlimactic, but using sleeping gas for example is a good way. Caesar knocked Luffy out with that, and did not do any damage really, at least not externally physical.
Plus the attack power Usopp had against Luffy would be enough with gas and fire attacks, but yeah, it´s a possibility.

A big part of this chapter was setting up matchups, I doubt Oda will backtrack on it, so yeah, I think Usopp probably will beat Page One.
That being said, Page One is still much stronger than Usopp, however Usopp can easily outsmart him, which is how Usopp will defeat him.
I think its also possible that members from the other supernova crews, like Bepo or heat, could help Usopp.

Does this make Ichiji Yonko Commander level? I mean I knew Katakuri was significantly than the other commanders, but even I didn't envision this gap.
Ichiji/Niji were clearly stronger than Sanji without his suit, and saved his ass. Niji was even faster, which is one of Sanji's biggest feats.

Sanji is being a dumbass underestimating Page One just like Nami did with Linlin. He will soon be fucked up for it.

Sanji makes no serious effort to block Page One. Just by holding his foot up like that half-assedly he is just testing the durability of the suit.

What’s the power increase from RS? He is already faster than the speed boosters. RS just adds durability
