It doesn't even make sense for Dragon to be the most wanted man in the world, he didn't know about Im and wasn't even after poneglyphs or ancestral weapons, he was just liberating kingdoms that in the future could be chosen to host the tenryubito games, so this title is very strange.
And now that we've seen his passive stance, which is EVERYTHING we didn't want from a REVOLUTIONARY, it gets worse. Ginny captured and forced to marry and have other people's children? Ivan arrested? Burnt Goa? and so far he has not waged direct war? What does it take for this bastard to get off his ass and do something?
This son of a bitch will only do something when the God of the universe (Nika) is by his side to protect his ass, simply a big fraud, just like Oden and Whitebeard, Oda did it again, he's an unstoppable machine for making fakes Messiah.

But that wont cover the HUGE fact that Oda make us wait so long for Dragon to act, only to see him have limited panel, before fumbled and fail.
