Character Discussion Jack should have been Kaido's YC1

Jack is not YC1 for the simple reason that the crew was formed before he was born. Jack is only 28 years old, while King was made Kaido's right hand man some 33 years ago. Queen is even older than King.
He is younger than most tobi roppo (only Page One and Ulti are younger) and yet he is above them. If the crew wasn't defeated, he could have taken Queen's place in a few years. I don't think he could have taken King's place, you obviously undersetimate him. He was truly undefeatable for decades before Zoro came along.
They suck as a crew because they regard their crewmates as replaceable. They don't really care for each other and don't guard each other's back. They rule by fear and have too many traitors in their ranks.
He was the only one in their crew thinking strategically, both with kicking Big Mom's ship off the waterfall, and with commanding his crew to kill Momo, so that the raiders would lose their leader and their spirit.
In my opinion, King is the most hansome, good-looking character in One Piece. No character looks better or dresses better than him. His design is what made me fall for the first time in my life in love with a villain.

With King it was the other way around. First he was a villain with a hideous mask, and then he became a good looking angel, who made a mistake as a child and followed Kaido. He was supposed to follow Luffy! He should never have become a villain!

Oda could have retconned Jack age and story
Like he did change Caesar age to make him 56 while in the last it was revealed he was 40. Oda realised Caesar would be too young to be Mads member
