if we are going with the koby being the garp of his generation I would say that koby fights against Blackbeard ( the xebec of the generation and I feel we should see aokiji fighting a pirate rather then another marine ) himself either a 2 vs 1 with Luffy and koby against Blackbeard or koby fights against blackbeard to save people and is
Law against a logia... 
90% of his skillset is not working...
Meanwhile Sanji's heat vs Kuzan's cold is a nice match-up.
The only odd thing here is that Kuzan doesn't have the usual personality found on Sanji's opponents.
But on the other hand, Sanjino could be treated with a fine opponent for once in his life...

Indeed, it is not a bad match-up.
His strength-strength fruit could be a challenge to anyone really.
It will be certainly the worst possible ability for whichever Strawhat ends up facing it.
However, Burgess cant pull 100% out of Sanji, he is not agile and fast enough to be a real challenge.
I could more see Burgess ending up as Jinbe's pairing instead.
Kuzan is Sanji's dream match-up, imo.
His strength-strength fruit could be a challenge to anyone really.

Law can get a rematch against Teach and beat Pizarro or 2v1 some new character(King of Elbaf? Burned man?) alongside Kid.
A rematch with Teach would tbh make the most sense as they already clashed in winner island and Law took the hearts of BBP in rocky port.

Sanji didn't turn invisible he just ran so fast that he became invisible to counter queens power of invisibility if queen didn't have stealth black ability Sanji wouldn't have needed to do that and could have just beaten queen even faster rather then using up his stamina ( which queen pointed out) by running as hard as he could
wait what do you mean about the personality usually found in sanji's opponents if you mean goofinesss remember sanjis opponents in the arlong pirates) though I find it annoying that some people act like goofiness is relevant to them being strong in a world like one piece

It is the strongest, most competent and most complex character in the BB crew. His design and DF rock. It is the dream match-up for any character bar Nika.
Btw my personal favorite is Robin vs Kuzan. Not an actual fight, basically they would just stand there discussing while madness unfolds around them
CL²⁰oda doesn't care, he has been shitting on Sanji's character for years. If possible, the Marines have been even more useless and mistreated than Sanji
They have a clownish personality and often tend to argue with Sanji more than fight properly...

It is a particular good match-up with Sanji due to opposite temperatures.
It would be a match of Sanji heating up before Kuzan's cold overwhelms him.
Also, a strong kicker vs a strong puncher on top of temperature parallel.
Shiryu will always be Zoro's dream match-up.
I would pick him over Zoro clapping Kuzan and BB together. At least if he delivers what I hope he will.
And regarding Law's haki against Kuzan, it will not help.
The chopping up into piece doesn't work on someone who has formless regenerative body like logias.
Attack with long charging time like Puncture Wille, even if Kuzan doesn't off him 10 times before its charged, doesn't work on logia body.
He will morph away from the stab effortlessly. The same applies to Shock Wille.
I doubt you can hakify Gamma Knife, Counter Shock might work but that didn't bother even Vergo...
And then, on top of majority of DF abilities being ineffective, there is a huge gap in CQC...
In short, Law ain't beating Kuzan. Sanji's chances are far better.
