You can say that Jinbe has all of types of haki, same with Zoro.
and that Sanji has no haki or it is shit

All you are doing is saying that a bum like Jinbe needs highest of haki power ups to beat a tobiroppo scrub.

Same with Zoro. All you are saying is that Zoro needs all types of haki and adv CoC power up to beat a commander.
While going by your logic, Sanji beats a commander through sheer physical strength with no haki.

Sanji comes out looking better in your scenarios because he doesn't need haki power ups to do that.
