They are literally same as choza and choji tho lol, they are outside help helping Jiraiya because they are allies. Its not a "Skill set" like as if jiraiya magically creates toads outta no where

no jiraiya's performance vs pain is fraudulent, it was weaker than Kakashi's. Kakaahi was 1 inch away from defeating the two strongest path's, jiraiya never came close to this. As soon as strong path showed up he got no diff'd

kakashi came up with a plan in seconds to counter rinnegan's most OP ability, jiraiya would never, plus in the gif you sent Jiraiya is getting help from the toads to land the hit + his sage mode is thanks to the Toads... he has way more help

he can summon them at any time


and even ignoring that all the toad did was extend a tongue to allow jiraya to hit a target

it's not like two fucking randos showed up and literally entirely restrained the dude like as was the case with kakashi

Orochimaru in general is more impressive than jiraiya
