Sukuna’s DE can target inanimate objects cuz Dismantle targets inanimate objects. Has nothing to do with barrier of his Domain. Kenjaku doesn’t have that kind of technique.
also this is a huge misconception but it’s open barrier not barrier less. Without the barrier there is no sure hit and Yuki also said his barrier is strong, that’s why it stripped her Simple Domain.
