I think it will end at the start of Shibuya.
I checked the number of chapters the last season covered. If S2 covers the same number of chapters it will end at the start of Shibuya.

But from the way they're hyping it, the first cour will be Gojo's flashback with maaaaybe the last ep of the cour being his entry into Shibuya

And then the next 11 episodes will be Mahito vs Mechamaru and part of Shibuya ig
