Hey i started the anime recently and i will finish it in a few days. Is there any big difference if i catch up from when the anime ends or should i read the manga from the start.

The anime is the better medium tbh, though the manga is excellent as well.

There's season 1 & then a Film. I'd suggest you watch those first and then pick up the manga where it left off. Honestly only 1/4th or 1/5th of the manga has been animated so far. So you will end up reading tons of chapters as well.
