Toji is far faster than Kashimo lol, Kashimo was matching Hakari meanwhile Toji is capable of reacting to Mach tier projectiles.

Only thing in Kashimo's (no CT) arsenal that can take Toji down is the Lightning Attack which is as fast as a Sure Hit effect due to it being at the speed of Lightning.

And it depends on if his CT is really powerful and whether it can be dealt with Inverted Spear of Heaven.

kashimo just needs to fight toji for like 2 mins
a simple cqc fight for like 2 mins and toji is fucking dead
thats just how hax kashimo is against any non-rct user lol

if u think toji will somehow be able to blitz kashimo then u are very wrong
kashimo was able to keep up with someone who had unlimited cursed energy

he easily beats toji
and with cursed technique
its a fucking stomp

In a cqc, Toji is likely the stronger and faster one lol.
And movement speed is incomparable, Toji is a good bit faster.

Dude, Hakari isn't all that fast first of all, he simply tanks attacks & regenerates meanwhile Toji is someone who can literally react to speeds higher than the speed of sound.

Just because he looked bad against an Awakened 6 Eyes User doesn't mean he will look bad or slow against others.
