Nice action sequence. The art there is great.

However, the art in the rest of the chapter, while mundane stuff is happening is reaaaaaally basic.

The powers seem interesting, but heavily Bleach inspired.

Also, let's hope the official translation is good because this ome does not flow well AT ALL

The Shonen category is known for the manga series that involve dark and gritty themes with a lot of bloodshed. Some of the best examples are Jujutsu Kaisen, Death Note, Demon Slayer, and many more. The leaks for the Kagura Bachi manga confirms that its story will not be any different – we will see a swordsman seeking revenge against evil.

Gona say, if Takeru can improve a bit the pacing and dialogues this manga can grown a lot (cuz other series are near the end)

The friend (Shiba) is a fighter/swordsman but he's just fucking around, reeks of Urahara wannabe.
Also noticed that Chihiro only has 1 katana, the other blade is a tanto, it's like a dagger.
