If Yamato has Adv CoC, this definitely not make one Top tier lmao.

Only Luffy among present on the rooftop qualifies as Top Tier right now.
Zoro who had the best feats on the rooftop got mistreated by King. If he easily take out King now with new PU maybe then he'll be one too.
Kidd n Law are trash so far. Yamato is overwanked by simps. Don't think Kaidou/King will send Tobi Roppos to capture a Top Tier even if nerfed.

The quote is "一握り の 強者 だけな"

一握り (hitonigiri) = a handfull/small amount
の = of
強者 = strong people
だけな = only.

There is no "strongest" here. Just "strong". "Only a handful of strong people [can use it]". So we can finally put this bullcrap to rest about needing ACoC to be Top Tier or whatnot.

The issue here is Oda perceives high tiers as some of the mightiest people in the world going by rays quote about fs and kata using it. He is clearly not among the mightiest in the eyes of the fans. Kaido quote is more in line with what we the fans view the power levels since a people like Yamato and Zoro are among the strong but shouldn't be considered among the strongest.

It actually is, without it Luffy gets folded by Akainu and BB, Zoro might not need it against Shiryu but he's definitely gonna need it vs Mihawk.

FS, ryuo, adcoa, awakening aren't easy as adcoc to use or unlock

Adcoc is offensive oriented that boosts attacks firepower while FS helps defend and counterattack well with precision.

"ACoC" didn't exist until the Roger/Whitebeard chapter. Not even BM/Kaido were using it in their clash. Oda made it clear in 2016 he had no idea what kind of tool he was going to use for Luffy to beat Kaido.

Your argument is essentially the same crap as people crying about Ace or Croc not having CoA in Alabasta, when Oda hadn't even invented it yet.

Both of translations doesn't imply that you need ACoC to be top tier. We are assuming that because ACoC is the key to defeat Kaido. Defeating Kaido is being top tier(actually above top tier or high end of it).
