There’s still room for later developments, but Kaido joining Blackbeard isn’t a likely outcome. His characterization makes him fundamentally unsuited to ever serve under another pirate. The idea that Kaido (a man who repeatedly attempted suicide and was obsessed with finding a worthy death) would become BB’s underling doesn’t align with what the manga has consistently told us about his personality and goals. Kaido’s arc was about seeking an end imo.

No. What matters is model. His model is literal azure dragon not carp. Kaku's DF is ox ox fruit model giraffe for example. Doesn't mean it evolved from ox to giraffe.
