Yes, but they're usually described together. We don't necessarily have a reason to think one is better then the other, especially if they're supposed to a MADs situation.
Though, Zeus is stronger than Hades and Posoidon, so Uranus could be the best one, I guess. Would be better to wait for confirmation about the true limits of their abilities imo.

Goketsu likely wins this matchup. Dude got destroyed by Saitama, but the way Genos thought about Saitama needing help, inspite of witnessing him no diff dragon level monsters before, is raw portrayal.

Exactly, he also witnissed Saitama no diff a meteor casually. Saitama in his mind is capable of all those feats, no diffing Dragons and the like such as Carnage Kabuto, no diffing a massive meteor, and yet he stood zero shot at beating Gouketsu. This means Gouketsu is beyond the level of even no diffing other Dragons.
Gouketsu and Orochi had unreal hype.
What happened to them is a shame. Just rekt before we got to see them go all out, or flex against some S class.
Orochi at least got to flex against Garou, showing that he had raw potential comparable to him (casually learning Garou's fighting style just by watching the stance).

Low dragon levels (who get no diff'd by top 6 S class) are city level in OPM, mountain level is nothing in OPM.
Not like AOE matters much anyway. Combat speed and mobility in OPM is something completely embarrassing the best of OP verse.

As if he didn't demonstrate *combat speed* (not even just mobility) approaching light speed pre power up!
Nobody in OP even reaches a tiny fraction of the combat speed demonstrated by Atomic Samurai.
