I will point out that he was in fact defeated by this attack, to act like Kaido himself is that strong is a bit misleading or else he wouldn’t have lost

EC also ate Genos’s lasers inside his body, and also tanked Metal Knight’s missiles without a scratch

That's where current One Piece characters still cap off at. I'm pretty sure Kaido would only be a Demon Level threat at most in One Punch Man.

Nah Centisennin was placed directly above Orochi in the manga. He was sent to deal with the threat that took out Orochi. The Above Dragon hierarchy goes like:

CF Garou >>> Boros > Psyrochi > Centisennin/ENO > Orochi >= Platinum Sperm
