General & Others Kaku Was Actually a Bad Swordsman.

Kaku despite being the “Strongest Swordsman” in the CP9, his actually skills with his swords really were lack luster. Despite having two swords he mostly used them for blocking rather than for offense. Primarily using his Legs with Rankyaku, and his Neck in his Zoan and hybrid form.
Not of his notable attacks were using his swords, but with his Rankyaku. And his Strongest attack was with his neck.

Far from it. He managed to pressure Zoro's Santoryu style to the point of needing Asura to stop Kaku's Yontoryu.
We know that number of swords doesnt matter if the swordsman isnt good, examples are Hachi and Hyozou.
However, Kaku has accomplished far more with fewer swords so that by itself tells about how good his Yontoryu was.

His swordsmanship was pretty damm amazing tbh, and his other skills, techniques and physical poweress just complimented it nicely.

Just goes to show that whatever powers you have, i.e. zoan/ 6 powers, you're still considered a swordman.

Oda is a bit weird for thinking like this.
:catcry:

Why you do this? Oda- chin.

His most powerful slashes came from is legs not his swords though. It was his Rankyaka that was impressive, not so much his actually skill with his swords. He would have been just as powerful without his actual swords. And just with his techniques.

That's factually wrong. It is not his Rankyaku which made Kaku formidable, it's his attack frequency which is half as good without his two actual swords. His Yontoryu is what gave Zoro problems, not his Rankyaku.

Rankyaku is part of his swordsmanship
