Kanjuro was aware of kyoshiro back in the capital, now he sees him joining up the scabbard. Has nothing to do with him being denjiro or not. He saw kyoshiro attack the bp and betray orochi.

He told them about the plan not working then they started drinking and orochi decided to crucify (finally) momo. I think something as important as kyoshiro( the one who was left in charge of the flower capital) betraying them would warrant it to be said right then and there.

Maybe, maybe not. It's oda after all. They don't even know the alliance reached onigashima aside from luffy zoro and Kidd's crew.
They are too confident. Orochi put aside.

Saying it is oda doesnt excuse how assinine this situation is. Youd think revealing kyoshiro, who has the reins of the capital and the thousands of samurai imprisoned within it, should be as important if not more than saying that the play failed.
