King and Queen should take this with high difficulty at worst.
I seriously doubt that Katakuri's FS is good enough for him to dodge an opponent at least close to his level and dealing with another too of that calibre at the same rate.
Even if he did dodge he would be needed to get close to attack and so dodging would turn trickier.

They can't hit Katakuri. They are slow and predictable. Katakuri effortlessly dodged boundman, even dancing around FS enhanced Snakeman's attacks.
If they get caught in Katakuri's Mochi, good look breaking out. A physical monster like Jozu couldn't break parasite. Boundman, who did, was suppressed and suffocated by Katakuri's Mochi. With Mochi's hax and lethality (suffocation) combined with Mogura's lethality, Katakuri doesn't even need to wear their durability down. Katakuri's environmental control is the cream topping.
I mean I'll wait until we see their Hybrid performances before saying Katakuri beats them combined. But individually, Katakuri is clearly stronger.

Marco was already ahead of katakuri pre timeskip and he's literally had become a yonkou-potential captain who was fighting a now yonkou for the position, and has been having 20x more hardship than katakuri has. Zenkai boosts? Marco was clashing with admirals and he's had like 100 zenkai boosts over hte timeskip.
Marco has fought BB and crawled into his shell hiding in WB's old island, Luffy has brought him out of his shell, in a less dramatic fashion.
