It's your headcanon.
YC1, YC2 and YC3 of X crew can all equal.
A YC3 of Y crew can be stronger than a YC2 of a Z crew.
Yc3 level, yC2 level and bla bla are just headcanons.
For example, you can put Jack above Smoothie Who is above Cracker but put all 3 together in the same tier.
You can put Queen on Katakuri tier, you can put Beckman a tier above Marco and bla bla.

What durability feats do they have suggesting they’d no sell Kata? Marco AP/lethality has no portrayal indicating it’s above Kata. It’s basically canonically below G4, with scaling u can place it above G3. Basically where Kata own AP is.

Bounty difference will be a huge suggestion, also, the fact she was stopped many times by Reiju and that she admits her inferiority to Katakuri, this tells a lot.
King is for sure a bit stronger than Queen, but the fact that Queen doesn't admit It means that he's not that from for him, like he isn't scared to fight against him and also King teases him saying "Jack was considered enough to leave, you weren't", but King doesn't talk to Queen like he does with Jack and that's because he actually knows, rivalry aside, that the Cyborg is strong.
