Pretty sure Killer does as it's an important non-fruit weapon user ability, Kidd probably does too if he is going to be relevant.
No one else apart from Luffy on the island has internal destruction ryuo though

I don't know if they have adv CoA or not but it seems very likely that they have a way of hurting Kaido.

Kidd also through the fruit affecting blood and metal inside Kaido
Killer AFTER awakening his smile power, he will have an animal with an ability that can do damage to Kaido, like some poisonous shit

People are forgetting that the Scabbards literally jumped several levels out of thin air. Kinemon went from being absolute trash to PH Law to leading the fight against Kaido and scarring him.

If the scabbards could develop "Oden's ryuo" out of thin air, why not Kidd & Killer. That they're even in the fight suggests they're going to perform adequately. The entire narrative around the Worst Generation vs the Yonkou and Oden's prophecy all but guarantee it.

Said ryuo was absent in every chapter before that scene though. Oda can introduce a flashback scene to show Kidd/Killer unlocking it if he wants as well.

Of course you need to be taught Ryou. The only confirmed users in the Alliance had to be trained in such usage of it despite one of them going through constant extreme fights before being taught. You're not gonna pick up such an ability through simply getting your ass beat. You have to actively try to use such ability and have prior knowledge of it.
