To be fair the initial order was:
Kid > Luffy > Law > Zoro > Sanji
Then next time they were all in one arc together it was:
Luffy > Law > Kid > Sanji > Zoro
There is no dedicated formula. And unless you thin Kid and Law without their crews is still doing anything, they’re not getting another bounty boost

It's not meant as a slight.
They're out of the running for now, and even assuming they come back, there's no guarantee that they will do anything to increase their bounties. Not every incident/action ends in a bounty increase either; I doubt Shanks and Teach will get bounty raises from taking out Kid and Law either.

Different portrayal: kid and law are luffy's rivals/friends while zoro is an underling, they stand beside luffy while zoro stands beneath.
Also, zoro ALWAYS had lower bounty than them, dont expect this to change.
In short: top 3 always revolve around 3 captains supernovas with Zoro's and Sanji's bounties staying FAR from them.

So if Zoro becomes WSS, Zoro having on the same level as "the new generation Emperor" like Law & Kidd is normal.
2. It will elevate and affirm Luffy as PK. PK is someone higher than Emperor.

Had they beaten a Yonko 1 vs 1 I'd agree with you.
Zoro's showings on the rooftop were much better moments despite their captain portrayal. He had them shocked multiple times, yet never the other way around, and that was before the aCoC came into play, pushing his portrayal further beyond them.
So I guess portrayal is telling us different things.

thinking that law and kid won't be more relevant to the story and will be discarded so their bounties won't increase makes no sense. law is a D. with ope ope no mi. never that he would be dropped from the history like that. just see that oda chose to make him come out alive and conscious. apart from that he still has the secret name water to be explored. about the kid it's more complicated to think about what he's going to do from now on, but I don't think he's going to be dropped from the story, although I wouldn't be surprised if he was
