Powers & Abilities Kid Sanji's Willpower feat

Honestly this feat is tremendous. And whilst you may say that going on without food isnt a specific feat. Going on without food is a full on Will-Power feat.

Shown in Chapter 3....

Here is Stephen Paul's translation...

So now after determining that going without food is a Will-Power feat let's see how long Sanji went on without food.

- Day 1....Sanji had minimum rations
- Day 25.....All his food was finished
- Day 85......He was rescued

Logically, Sanji pretty much went 3 months without enough food. However if you do not want to count the first 25 days then.

85 - 25 = 60 days....

Sanji has gone 60 full days with absoulutely no food as a child. That is eqivalent to 2 full months.

The immense willpower a child must have to not die from starvation is insane. Luffy admits to dying within a week. Big Mom was going anorexic within a day. Poor Zori fainted to Kamazou because he didnt eat within a day as well.

Like this is some real willpower....damn.

You can't pick any will statement in the manga and make it related to haki as will power

Also this doesn't implicate his will = or > Zoro's that wise

I agree going on that long without food does require immense will-power. Sanji's forced to withstand little to no food for 3 months and it seriously impacts how he views food and makes him more compassionate to other people, especially the starving. It takes a strong-will for a child to make it through that kinda situation, especially when the predicament isn't even your fault and you have no idea when it'll end.

That's to do with ideology. Not willpower. Sanji in that scene isnt enduring anything.
?

If your ideology turns you into a simp or an inflexible slave, by definition you have a weak will. Real conquerors know when to put aside their ideals for the greater good instead of being ruled by them, such as when Luffy bowed to Hancock (who he said made him sick) to free the girls and Zoro bowed to Mihawk so he could get stronger for the crew.

Oh nice let's use gags against Sanji. Not like you had a legimate argument anyways.

Real conquerors are men who can lead others. Zoro can't even lead himself in a straght line. Oops I just used a gag too now.

I don't believe Sanji maintaining his ideals displays a weak will. It'd be easy for Sanji to hit a woman or allow Bege to poison Big Mom's food but the fact Sanji chooses to stand by his code despite the situation shows his strong will. He won't compromise because to Sanji what's most important is his code as he owes everything to Zeff who instilled those values into Sanji.

I feel like it's unfair to say, 'look x did this so if Sanji doesn't, he has a weak will because x is noted for his will.' X is X and Sanji is Sanji. He outright said he'll never hit a woman even if it kills him and he won't compromise. Not many people have made those kind of declarations because unlike others, Sanji's code is one of the most, if the most, highlighted in the story. It's not a simple feeling he can go against, his opinion on the woman at hand don't even matter and Sanji won't go against it after repeatedly making that clear.

We're shown at Whole Cake Island that above most other things, what Sanji cares about is making Zeff proud so of course he won't go against his virtues. That's what's most important to Sanji, his code and it's tied to Zeff. To expect him to toss it aside because someone else did isn't really fair to the character as no one else has made as clear their stance on something as Sanji has made his own his code. It's just as important to him as his dream because like his dream, it's not just about him as a person, it ties back to Zeff as well.
