We’ll see how it goes with his awakening but Punk Crash itself looks very deadly against weapons user. It also looked visually more impressive than Law’s attack unfortunately.
If Big Mom got physically damaged by it and praised Kid, the pulling force of that magnetism must be extremely powerful. Replace Big Mom with Zoro at that exact moment, and Zoro would get crushed and stabbed by thousands of metal. His swords would also stab him
That’s a sure knock out if you ask me for anyone not durable enough
Haki would cancel it. Haki has entered God mode at this point. Kidd has the potential to be the most broken character in op if oda explored magnetism power but he just keeps it strictly to the basic attraction and repulsion . Kidd isn't has never used the ability to just take swords from swordsmen. Pre time skip Zoro could stop Kidd's attraction from taking his sword physically so I highly doubt Kidd will ever be able to do anything like that to swordsmen.
There are extents to the degrees to which haki can negate powers. Linlin was able to perpetually cover her body with haki, preventing Law from ever being able to teleport him. Yet Linlin was still able to be assigned by Kid. And what's more, Linlin never showed that she could negate assign with haki, despite her being able to negate other abilities with haki.
In fact, you can even see Kid matching BM's haki with his own magnetism.
By feats, awakened magnetism should pose a threat to any swordsman, regardless of their haki skill. Its intuitive, magnetism effects metal. You can't pretend that this isn't the case just because you stan zoro or whatever.
Of course, this doesn't mean automatically beats every swordsman, as haki still counters DFs. However, I think its no coincidence that a majority of powerful pirates are weapons users whereas there are only a few that aren't:
Luffy
Teach
Kid
Were Oda to have Kid use the full potential of the magnetism fruit, he could in theory be the 3rd strongest pirate. This would, imo, be in line with his portrayal as Luffy's rival. Of course, he would be far closer to zoro than Luffy.

She managed to get out of it in like 5 panels. I think she did use haki to get out as all she did block Kidd's bull with the rock she got assigned to then 2 panels later she's already has the rock off her and trying to attack them with misery.

If she could negate assign with haki, it straight up wouldn't work on her. She wouldn't need to use physical strength to lift the tower, she simply wouldn't be attached to the tower anymore.

Awakened abilities are simply harder to negate with haki. For example:
Luffy turning Kaido into rubber
Law being able to use shock wille on big mom, but not teleportation
Kid being able to assign Big Mom
That's not to say its impossible. If anyone could negate awakened abilities, it would be shanks or mihawk. However at the moment, we've yet to see anyone who can actually do it.

She'd have to know Kidd would use assign and what it is to negate it. She didn't know Kidd even had to move as show how could she negate it? And since when does Kidd's assign have a time limit? That's a hard cap for no reason as why would he even try to use the move if it only lasts at most a few seconds? It makes more sense BM negated the ability then the ability just wearing off as if it only just wears off why not just spam it and keep assigning BM to create openings.
Again it's kaido first time seeing the moves. You are acting like these characters automatically should know others abilities on the first time seeing them.
Law shock Willie is a attack not body manipulation. It's never stated that haki completely stops a df just that it can negate df that targets your body for a effect. Law isn't trying to control your body but is just shooting a shockwave through it so haki wouldn't negate that but at most just reduce the damage.
Again BM literally got out of assign right after kidd used it.
