General & Others Kinds of islands you would like to see

We have seen many kinds of islands in OP such as relatively normal ones found in East Blue and on Grand Line, icy and desert islands like Drum and Alabasta, floating islands, Fishman Island, islands made of living plants, horror, military, okama, fairy tale, tradionnal Japan-themed islands.

What new kinds of islands would you like to see in OP world in addition of these ?

I would like to see an entirely mechanical island, a savanna like island, an artist island, one where df are mysteriously cancelled, etc...

Its odd that Oda has Giants, dwarfs, angels, Fishman, and animal like people but no elves..

I like the idea of the island with mountains and lava. Add some shit weather with that and it's like hell.

Except if I made a mistake there is that kind of island in a One piece movie : no DF can be use because of sea stones : Nebulandia ( a special episode)

À western can be cool : just to see Luffy with pistols and making gomu gomu no pistol jokes, a saloon fightz, Sanji smoking rolled cigarettes, and Ussop being a pistolero.

A city that can be cool in one piece is banking city : where all the berries are print ( papers etc ), they give loans to various islands, has mercenaries, WG protections etc.

Actually I had in mind an island where df powers works for completely unknown reasons and without a single piece of seastone on the island. Plus df users whose body is affected by their df would gradually revert back to what they would be without their df such as Chopper gradually losing his human sentience and intelligence and beggining to act like a normal reindeer, Sugar's body reaging to the point that after a time her body would truly be 22, Teach having the same degree of sensation of pain than a normal human being,Brook's soul beggining to detach itself from his squeletton body meaning that he wouldn't be able to stay on the island for too long or he would die for real, etc...

I would like to see an Island where time is slowed down, or reality is distorted, but that would be asking too much from Oda I think.

An Island purely made out of seastone, it would be really interesting to see how Luffy would fight with his DF canceled.

Well seastone doesn't only nullify the df but it also weakens the user so luffy would be weaker. However his training in udon made him more used to seastone even though the seastone wasn't pure.

Urouge at Raijin Island where it rains lightning looks promising. Looks like another place where a logia user changed the weather.

That moon-like island that pulled Capone into the sky would be nice. A space adventure seems to be the only major theme the Strawhats missed out on, and sending them too the moon with Enel requires a huge detour.

Apoo and that island with the invisible land bridge. An invisible maze island in the sky?

Franky at Karakuri island was good. Although there's movies about mechanical islands.

Whisky Peak was too good, but too short. A western-themed island full of enemy bounty hunters could have carried a major arc.

Buggy's Karai Bari island has potential. Imagine if the entire place was a theme park designed to kill intruders.

Places where the island is a living organism like the Boin Archipelago or Zou are my favorites.

I'm sure he was trying to avoid recreating the standard western fantasy. No elves, orcs, goblins, golems, trolls, vampires. The Tontatta are little people that fit in the size of your hand, very few of them have beards. To me they're more like fairies without wings with the name "dwarf" just indicating their size is shrunken. Rather than big pointy ears we see all over anime, we have long arms and long legs and long necks! Also the Kuja tribe in Amazon Lily is famous for their haki archery, so the elves just get overshadowed here.

More modern city which bus and cars on road are common things. The one that is more active and lively at night than day.

i want to see a peaceful island where nature lavishes with extremely beautiful forest, flowery meadows, huge clear waterfalls and blue lakes or rivers, etc.

but also majestic elements like titanic mythical beasts residing and roaming here and there with their own mythical traits (like animals that causes flowers or plants or jewels to grow from the ground with each of its footsteps), accompanied with absurd animals like Totoro or the round humanoid rotatory-head creature in Princess Mononoke, floating crystals the size of mountains or islands, etc. the mythical creatures there are capable of conversation.

The island could be served as The Pirate King's private island, for vacation or rest.

A Mirage island, containing a very precious treasure but the land only appears on full moon and then disappears at midnight. And if you aren't able to leave the island by then, you're trapped their forever and become guardians of the treasure... but it's impossible to leave bcoz of the Sirens on the island who mess with the mind and always lure sailors back.
